New Life Group Leaders Needed
Do you have a heart for welcoming and connecting new people?
Are you willing to help facilitate discussions in a group setting?
We need Leaders for new Single, Married, Senior and Cross-Generational Life Groups!
- Life Group Leader must either be a church member or willing to complete the membership process in the next 6 months.
- Many groups meet 2x/month
- Day and time can vary; often rotating homes
- Groups last approx 18+ months
New Leader Training
Life Groups are critical to the spiritual growth and fellowship of our church. Recognizing this, The Compass Church is dedicated to supporting our Life Groups and equipping our leaders. It is imperative that those leading Life Groups meet the following criteria:
- Follower of Jesus Christ, declaring your devotion to Him.
- Possess a shepherding heart for others.
- Previously participated in a small group experience.
- Prior leadership experience either from work, home or hobbies.
- Commitment to becoming a member of The Compass Church within the next six months.

Our Leader Training process includes a few easy steps:
Our upcoming New Leader Trainings are April 24th (3-5 p.m.) and June 5, July 10 or August 7 (9 a.m.-12 p.m.). Your turned in applications will prompt us to call you and set up an informal meeting with Steve Madawick, Director of Adult Ministries and Life Groups.
