About The Compass Church
The Compass is one church with two locations, our Hobson and 111th campuses. The shared mission of our church is to help people radically embrace the call of Jesus Christ, "Come Follow Me."
About Our 111th Campus
Our 111th Campus meets at Crone Middle School located at 4020 111th Street, at the corner of 111th Street and 248th Street, in Naperville.
We literally transform the school to provide a high-impact worship experience. Click here to see a time-lapse video of our setup, which starts at 6 a.m., and tear down, which is finished by 1:30 p.m.

Worship Services
Worship services at our 111th Campus are Sundays at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Each weekend, the worship songs and other featured elements center around a common theme. No matter which service (or campus location) you attend, you will hear the same sermon – an engaging and applicable message from God’s Word. All services are a time to focus on who GOD is and who YOU are in light of His love. Come get away from the distractions of life and put the focus on your Creator!
Special Elements
Baptism
Baptism services are held twice a year. The first step in being baptized is to attend one of our baptism classes. Email Campus Pastor Ritch Sandford to learn more.
Child Dedications
Dedications generally happen once a month during the Sunday 11 a.m. worship service. If you have an infant or a young child you'd like to dedicate, or for scheduling information, contact Sandi Fiorello.
Communion & Benevolence Weekends
Communion is typically taken as a congregation during the second weekend of every month. A special benevolence offering is usually taken on the same
weekends as Communion.
Children's Programs
At both Sunday worship service times, we offer programs for children infants through 5th grade. Students in 6th through 12th grade meet at 9:30 a.m. and attend the main worship service together at 11 a.m.
For information about children's programs (infants-5th grade), email Sandi Fiorello.
For information about 6th to 12th graders programs, email Jack Ramsey. (You may also call him at: 630.870.9299)
Guest Reception
Campus Pastor Ritch Sandford and the rest of our leaders at the 111th Campus would love to meet you. If you're a first-time guest, make sure to stop by Guest Reception. We have a gift to thank you for visiting, plus more information about The Compass Church and how you can get connected here.
Joining Our 111th Campus Volunteer Team
Through our TRACK program, we can help you find a place to serve that makes use of your spiritual gifts, which are blessings from God. We view the act of serving and using our unique skills an act of worship.
Learn more about TRACK here, or contact Jennifer Campbell for information.
