**PARENTS and VOLUNTEERS**
On November 9th, folks from AWANA Headquarters will be coming to our club to do a photo shoot for their catalog and other materials. If you are willing to have your children participate, please fill out the permission slip and bring it with you on the 9th. Those who hand in the form will get a bracelet to wear and will be available for photographs. Volunteers also need to fill out permission forms to be photographed. Thank you for your cooperation!

What is AWANA?
AWANA is a non-denominational ministry that is all about fun with a purpose — for kids to learn and know Christ! Most kids trained in Awana become modern-day Josephs who are faithfully following God as adults. Survey results have found Awana alumni are more devoted to God,His Word, and their local church than even the most committed U.S. churchgoers.
What does AWANA stand for?
The acronym AWANA is an acronym for "Approved Workmen Are NotAshamed" (2 Timothy 2:15). To learn more about Awana at-large, click here.
Get Involved
Want to help children grow in their walk with Jesus? AWANA is looking for great volunteers to listen to children recite Bible verses, play games, help with administrative needs and more. In addition to the age groups above, our Puggles program offers nursery care exclusively for children of that night's AWANA volunteers, ages 2 & Under. Volunteers may register now for the 2011-2012 AWANA year using our online form. (Our online forms work best using Mozilla Firefox.)
