How we feel can affect our ability to carry out everyday activities, our relationships, and our overall mental health. Join a 4-week emotional wellness group specifically for young adults (20-34 years old). Participants will learn strategies to handle life’s stresses and changes.
Limited space is available, so please register.
A meal is also available for $5/adult in Room 203 from 6-7p.
