About Worship Arts

We are a community of artists, creatives, musicians, and worship leaders whose mission is to execute worship services consistently well and glorify God in order to further the mission of our church, “Helping People Find & Follow God”.

Our vision is to create engaging and lasting weekend experiences that connect people to Christ while developing leaders for growth that includes additional multisite campuses.

Worship Auditions

If you’re a gifted musician who’s passionate about worship and you’d like to audition to be a part of our volunteer team, please fill out the worship auditions form and send us an audition video. This is the first step in the audition process. We will review your videos and email you back with next steps. We are looking forward to seeing your videos!

Creating Your Video

DOWNLOAD – Audition Resources and follow the instructions using the “Video Auditions How To” document. You can find those resources by clicking HERE.
UPLOAD - Upload your video via YouTube. Under privacy settings, select "Unlisted" and title with "Your Name - The Compass Church Worship Audition"
SUBMIT - Submit your audition by filling out the Worship Audition Form. Include the YouTube link to your video on the form.
