The South Naperville Campus is looking for a part-time Office Manager. This campus was started in 2010 and we can’t wait to move into our new permanent home located on Rt. 59 next summer. The Office Manager acts as a liaison between the campus and various central ministries including Communications and Operations. Responsibilities include following up with requests from the congregation, interacting with visitors and vendors, maintaining accurate records in our database, managing prayer requests and responding to care issues, as well as some event coordination including communication with our Facilities Team. Candidate should have a heart for ministry and administrational giftedness.

The Bolingbrook Campus is looking for a full-time Pastor of Adult Ministries & Community Impact. This position leads and oversees these two departments which are focused on growing people in Christ and also sending out our people to serve in our community. This leader will be someone who thrives in a relational, collaborative and team environment. They will be able to execute plans, lead initiatives and manage ministry teams. A good portion of this job will be recruiting, developing and equipping both leaders and volunteers. It is recommended, but not required, to have Spanish language proficiency and experience with Hispanic ministry. Candidate should have a combination of spiritual gifting in leadership, shepherding, administration and teaching. Weekends are required.

Our Bolingbrook Campus is seeking a part-time Director of Congregational Care & Guest Services. This role oversees the array of ministries that focus on caring for our congregants and our front door of the church experience of hospitality and engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing the philosophy of ministry, strategies, staff, lay leaders, volunteers and associated budgets of the Congregational Care and Guest Services departments of the Bolingbrook Campus. Pastoral or ministry experience desired. The ideal candidate would be Biblically literate, theologically aware, and have an established philosophy of ministry. Bilingual Spanish and English would be an added plus to cover English and Spanish Congregants. Most weekends required.

The Naperville (Hobson) Campus CompassKids team is seeking a part-time Elementary Coordinator who is responsible for leading the Elementary Classroom volunteer teams. This includes casting vision, coordinating schedules, equipping volunteers for success, as well as supporting and coaching volunteers towards effective ministry. The CompassKids Elementary Coordinator is an excellence driven team builder that will develop a healthy volunteer culture in our Elementary classrooms with the desire to create a safe and exciting environment where children grow spiritually. The Compass Church is seeking part-time childcare workers to work shifts immediately on Tuesday afternoons and Friday afternoons from 2-5p at our Naperville (Hobson) Campus. Some other shifts may also be available at times. Applicants must enjoy engaging with kids of all ages, be able to create a fun and welcoming environment and be 16 years or older. All CDC guidelines will need be followed.

Our Operations Team is looking to hire a part-time facilities worker for our Wheaton Campus. This part-time role exists to help support ministries by preparing rooms in advance of events as well as maintain a safe and clean environment during weekend services as well as other times. Having a basic knowledge of building maintenance systems is desired. Light janitorial duties are also included. Hours needed at the Wheaton Campus include Saturdays from 4-8p and Sundays from 8a-1p plus one day during the week.
