Thank you for volunteering at The Oneness of Marriage Conference! Most of the roles would still allow you to be a participant in the conference, which allows husband and wife to volunteer together! The Food Service roles require prep and clean-up that wouldn't allow the volunteer to be a participant at the conference. If you know of someone with a heart to volunteer and would consider serving in the Food Service role, please pass on the link. Contact adultsnaperville@thecompass.net with any questions.
Volunteers will help decorate tables for meals and the atrium with décor and photo booth.
Volunteers will stand outside or just inside Door 19, welcoming guests and directing them to the check-in table and/or meal area. Volunteers will still be able to attend conference, if desired.
Volunteers will be available at the check-in stations to assist in checking guests in for the conference. Volunteers will still be able to attend conference, if desired.
Volunteers will set up the food/beverage tables, replenish food/beverages as needed, and clean-up and put leftover food away. All meals are catered, so there is no food prep needed. Saturday lunch team will also clear the tables guests sat at to eat.
Volunteers will make coffee and set-up coffee and water stations in the Atrium for the morning of the conference. Volunteers who serve on the Café team and are trained using the coffee machines would be preferable.
Volunteers will distribute any materials guests will need during the sessions or during the breaks. Volunteers will still be able to attend conference, if desired, but may miss a portion at the beginning and/or at the end of each session.
Volunteers can begin breakdown of the Atrium before the conclusion of the conference in the Worship Center to prep the campus for the evening service. Following the conference, the Worship Center will need to be checked for papers, cups, or garbage of any kind.
