Error
This team of up to 20 adults and students will partner with Casas por Cristo to build a home for a family in need, and will partner with a local church to provide service and connection to their congregation/community in Acuña, Mexico. Casas por Cristo works with local churches to follow through and disciple the families that receive homes. No prior construction experience necessary. Anticipate hot temperatures. (HS Freshman - age 17 may apply, if a parent is also going.) The ability to speak Spanish would be a bonus, but not required. ***Update: this trip is being rescheduled to Fall 2025. Dates TBD***
Ed Hyatt is an Elder at The Compass Church, married for 27 years. This is the second time he has helped to lead a team to Acuña. Chip & Chrissy Ault have served with Casas por Cristo multiple times and also led teams to Acuña before.
