CompassStudents
Our goal is to help students learn to love and walk with Jesus and His church for a lifetime. We do this by helping students become full participants in the life of the church and build meaningful, intergenerational relationships both within and beyond student ministry. That means that each of our ministry environments, events, and trips are staffed by vetted and trained adult volunteers who are committed to walking with students throughout the school year as they learn to walk with Jesus. Along the way, students will learn how to use some easy tools that will help them Find & Follow God. These include our Compass Prayer tool, our Bible PROMPT tool, and more. We hope that a mixture of fun, relationships, teaching/training, and relevant experiences will help our students develop a faith that lasts a lifetime.
JOURNEY: Junior High Ministry for 6th-8th Grade Students
Junior high meets each Sunday morning between services (10:20-11:10a) in the UNDERGROUND for Breakfast Club. This is a great place to make friends, play games, enjoy light breakfast fare, and learn how to hear from God though the Bible. Students are encouraged to bring a Bible, notebook, and pen as we read through our High Points Bible Reading Plan together. These are available in the UNDERGROUND and by emailing journeynaperville@thecompass.net.

Regroup - Restarting Fall 2022
Life is hard, especially for students today. There's a lot to navigate and a million voices shouting competing messages. On top of the cultural confusion there is trauma, pain, loss, loneliness and identity crisis. More than ever, students need a loving community and a safe space to find help for their problems, pain, and processing. Regroup provides just this.
