Our campus staff are available to provide prayer, emotional support, spiritual counseling and financial assistance. We can provide additional support through specialty groups, workshops & seminars, outside referrals, counseling and other resources.

"Always our Children" Support Group

A support group for parents of a child living or considering an "alternative lifestyle." This group is an opportunity for parents to listen to each other’s stories, cry with each other, laugh with each other and pray for one another. The common bond is a desire to love their children and stay true to their Christian faith. No registration.

Divorce Care

A friendly, caring group for individuals going through one of life's most difficult experiences. The 13-week class will cover topics related to divorce recovery, loneliness, finances and forgiveness. Cost include an extra session focused on "Surviving the Holidays." Online registration is required and will be coming soon. $15 for workbook. Childcare available for $5 per child/session.

Grief Share

A grief recovery support group where you can find help and healing for the pain of losing a loved one. This 12-week session will cover topics such as the challenges and journey of grief the "why" questions and dealing with guilt and anger.

The holiday season is beginning. Whether it is the first holiday after a loved one's death, or the second, third or beyond-you may be encountering some tough emotions. You can reduce the emotional impact by knowing what to expect. "Surviving the Holidays" seminar is an opportunity to hear and listen to real-life stories and video clips to help you reduce stress, minimize lonliness, and discover a healthy approach to the holiday season after the death of a loved one.

Congregational Care


The Compass Church Benevolence Fund exists to assist members and regular attenders facing an emergency financial crisis. It also supports local organizations providing assistance in our community. The fund is managed by the Benevolence Committee who is appointed by and serves under the guidance of the Elder Board. Applications for Benevolence are available at CompassCentral or the main office at each campus.

The Restore After Abortion Program, part of CareNet Pregnancy Services of DuPage offer Free and Confidential post abortion care to women, men & teens. One can choose to meet 1:1 with a counselor or in a small group setting. Many of the counselors have experienced abortion themselves, and all go through extensive training on the effects of post abortion.

Counselors are also available to meet with family members, who may need to talk through the effects of an abortion that a loved one had.
