WHO WE ARE: The PATH Group is a job search support ministry of The Compass Church and St. Thomas the Apostle Church. The name PATH stands for People Always Trusting Him and comes from Psalms 25. As you go through difficult times, such as career transition, trust in the Lord and He will care for you through His truth and paths.
WHAT WE OFFER: We help individuals who are unemployed, underemployed or misemployed discover the right career path. Our support is offered in a safe and confidential environment, where we also provide spiritual and emotional encouragement. In addition, we can help equip people with the tools and guidance needed to develop and execute an effective job search strategy — ranging from networking and resume writing to interview preparation and successfully landing the job.
PATH MEETINGS: We offer monthly in-person and online group programs on topics relevant to your job search with presenters who are experts in their field. These sessions provide time for questions and feedback.
PATH has a cadre of people experienced in the job search and career development areas available to provide One-on-One Coaching. These mentors are excellent, helping you use the job search tools to personalize your job search and achieve success. These meetings can be scheduled to fit your schedule.
