4 GROUPINGS OF: - 2 Rectangular tables abutted on long edge (to make a larger squarish table) - 8 Chairs around each w/ no chairs on end in which back would be facing toward screen. Please set up the groupings further to the back of the room (the non-screen end). 1 small round table w/chair for group facilitator - 1 extra chair by wall mounted computer/projector control panel the Hub: A breakout group will use a table in an alcove of the Hub on the north side. EC4 (Holding this space as an option. Will be discussing further with CompassKids/Facilities): This setup is not for the actual room, but for the foyer outside the room. The Singles 50+ group would like to use this space as a breakout area. Can 1 rectangular table with 6 chairs be set up in the foyer area? This rectangular table can then be pulled in for the Tuesday morning women's group for their refreshments in the back (north end) of the Multipurpose Room.
