AWANA set up can remain from Wednesday evening with additional tables and chairs set up Thursday evening after Care Night. Event team will begin decorating Friday morning. Guests will enter Door #18. Please put out "Enter Here" sign outside Door #18. Food is going to be served in the Hub. Banquet tables will be needed for food service (exact # and arrangement details will come.) Mix of round tables & banquet tables in the Atrium for eating. Seating for 300 people (the cafe tables and chairs can be calculated into this total).
