Notes:
Summer student ministry evenings will be held outside with games and activities. Set up needs are like those of summer celebration/care night summer with 150 chairs set up near the patio, need a mic and speaker. Also will need 3 long tables and several garbage bins for serving food and collecting garbage. Edit on 3/23- building use as a back up in the event of inclement weather during the event time. That would include the use of the Hub, Atrium, Cafe and Underground.
