They will not need the cafe until closer to noon. Waiting on more details for what is needed. Will updated this reservation once I have that information. They will need three 8" rectangles. Two on either side of the round tables currently in the HUB. Please add 8 chairs each to those tables. One rectangle placed outside the HUB to be used as a information/selling table. Can place it kitty-corner in the corner between the cafe window and the doors to the HUB or something similar.
