Soccer Camp will be run from Monday-Friday Mon-Thu we will need the following In room 140-150 - we will need 30 of the small chairs around the tables - kids will eat snacks here - A table in the hallway for snacks Room 135 - enough chairs for 30 kids Room 130 - this room will be used for volunteer refreshments a long table for snacks for volunteers and 2 round tables with 8 chairs Out in the field- 4 long tables for registration and 4 chairs , 1 long table for nurse station, and 3 chairs , 4 chairs at the field for water containers 3 large trash cans in the field and one by the nurse station, 1 at check in and registration. Please see Laura for additional needs -Friday will be slightly different as we will be meeting in the worship center for half the program, then out in the field again Thank you
