10 rectangle tables, 25 chairs. The organization will bring in a few adjustable hospital beds (on wheels) and other light duty equipment. We will be asking for a COI and a facilities request form. Our desire is to waive the facilities fee. South Naperville staff will be providing MODs for this. Currently Betsy Baker will MOD from 8a until 12p and Hannah Rygh will MOD starting at 12p.
