S102: 10 large rounds with 8 chairs at each table. with 2 Rectangles on back wall for drinks and snacks S101: this room will be staged for lunch buffet, can we just have facilities stack the chairs and have 6 rectangle tables set up (ministry leaders arrange set up for food line for lunch)(we know its static, hoping for exception for conference needs.
