For Facilities This event has two parts a Multicultural Buffet served from 6-7p and the Talent Night hosted in the Worship Center from 7:15-9p Worship Center - please create a wider hallway in the middle section ( people will be walking in with the flags) HUB - please clear the room as much as possible of extra stuff to create room for the tables and chairs. This room will be used for people to eat please add 8-10 round tables with 7 chairs and 2 trash cans 315 - Will be used to serve food, please clear all furniture and extra stuff. Set 2 long tables in the center of the room and 2 more on each side creating a "u" shape - add one trash can 325 - 6 long tables with as many chairs as possible (room will be used for people to eat) - add 1 trash can Atrium -please move couches to the hallway and add 6 round tables with 7 chairs (people will eat here) - add one trash can 115 - please add 6 round tables with 7 chairs each (remove long tables from the room) - add one trash can Library/Cafe ( no special set up needed, people will eat here) add one trash can This is a large event; please see Laura the if there are any questions about the setup. If the rooms can be set up by Thursday morning, that would be super helpful, as we will be setting tablecloths. It would be helpful to take out trash as needed during the Buffet Thank you so much!
