Layouts provided for each space. We will want to set up in the afternoon after BSF is done. Hub is set up with rectangles in an array from the stage with rounds in the back for enough seats for 100 people. 3 food service tables under north wing. Extra tables on the sides can stay under the West Wing. Outside the Hub has (2) eight foot tables, stanchions, and check in kiosks moved as shown. EC5 has 20 adult chairs in the open play space. MPR has food service table by the kitchen and a mix of adult and little kid tables and chairs around the perimeter of the room.
