Will give more details about needed setup closer to event. We do not know at this time if there will be any special needs attendees. Giftmart SN starts with volunteer arrival at about 7:30a. We'll have a worship set in the WC with our 200 volunteers. I would say there will likely be 5-6 staff members as part of that number. Shopper session starts at 9a and goes until noon. Last year we had 430 families shopping with kids in childcare, which means we have about 1,200 guests total onsite between 9a-noon plus 200 volunteers with a steady flow throughout as families are split into 20-minute shopping sessions. The majority of guests are concentrated in the gym and student ministries area with parking lot team helping families load gifts in their trunks.
