Hesed House Family Shelter Dinner Teams

(in partnership with Hesed House)

What You Do: Prepare or purchase a portion of a dinner or help serve dinner to families staying in the overnight shelter

Why It Matters: A shared meal provides comfort, stability and dignity for families experiencing homelessness 

Our Impact: Volunteers provide dinner twice each month to approximately 30 families each night, supporting their journey toward stability and a fresh start.

Who Serves: Individuals, families and small groups who enjoy working together to provide practical care for others (must be age 18+)

Roles Available: Cooking, Food Purchasers, On-Site Meal Service Team
