Notes:
Weekly Set-Up: 8 round tables with 5 chairs each. Please use the BLACK stackable chairs from the Alcove/Hub. Begin the table set up 6 ft from the stage, but then place tables as close to that 6 ft mark with *enough space between to walk through with canes or walkers*. (Trying to get the people who would sit at the back of the room as close as possible in order to see the screen as best as they can.) Additional requests, if possible: 1) pull the large brown chairs 12 ft from wall with a coffee table between each one; 2) please check the cleanliness of banquet tables and coffee tables and wipe if needed Need the two soft cushion chairs in place; same with the large brown chairs with the coffee table; one rectangular table to the right of the room entrance door and two rectangular tables to the left of the room entrance door Setup Photo:
