Event Time: 12/6 12:30PM - 8:30AM

Event Location: SN 148 - CK (PK - KG)

Notes:
No facilities needed. This is just to set aside the room as an organizing and staging area for the event being held on December 12. The people listed as attending is just a rough estimate of those that may be in and out during DAYTIME hours to work on/organize for the event. No one will actually in the room or facility overnight.
