What You Do: Build a consistent, caring relationship with a student by meeting one-on-one during their lunch hour to read, talk, play or work on school projects

Why It Matters: A reliable, consistent adult relationship can make a lasting difference in a child’s confidence, sense of belonging and success at school

Our Impact: Our mentors are helping students feel valued and supported at four elementary schools 

Who Serves: Caring, dependable adults who are willing to show up consistently and invest in one child each week

Where We Serve: BJ Ward Elementary (Bolingbrook), Indian Trail Elementary (Downers Grove), Scott Elementary (Naperville) and Central Elementary (Plainfield)

Roles Available: Child Mentor. Prayer Partner.
